Our service department is in rapid development with several major improvements in recent years, and this job posting is an effect of this positive trend that the improvements have led to. There are still plenty of opportunities to adapt our service to customers' needs, and it is i.a. for this we need your help.

Our overall goal is to offer preventive maintenance of the entire machine park, which we represent in Denmark, Sweden and Finland with 500 different machine/plant types distributed across 23 agencies. This requires deep professionalism, structure and perseverance.

You will be an important part of the operation of preventive maintenance, and you will be tasked with maintaining and further developing the professional foundation on which the operation of preventive maintenance rests.

Your operational role will primarily consist of order processing based on service intervals, service kits and machine history. Order processing takes place digitally in Microsoft Field Service Management.

The operational tasks include:

• Monitoring of estimated service visits initiated by the system

• Dialogue with customers about the current condition of the machines

• Assessment of service scope based on machine history

• Preparation of service offers

• Customization of service offers and issuance of order confirmations

• Participation in service visits together with the service technicians

The work of maintaining and further developing the foundation involves:
To compare the machine manufacturers' recommendations, the technicians' experience and the customers' needs and translate it into structured and digitized content in the toolbox in the form of:

• Service kit
  

• Checklists
  

• Booking setup on service agreements
  

• Configurations
  

• Ongoing dialogue with the machine manufacturers about general service intervals and activities

• Ongoing dialogue with the technicians about optimizing service intervals and activities for specific conditions

• Integrate technical updates from the machine manufacturers into the foundation

• Communicate feedback from customers and technicians to the machine manufacturers

• Maintenance of the machine database

• Creation and customization of service agreements and booking setup
