DKBU becomes part of Nemco Group

The merger strengthens the development of innovative solutions for the bakery and confectionery industry. Nemco Group is now expanding its position in the bakery and confectionery industry. The Faaborg-based company DKBU (Dansk Bageriudvikling), a recognized supplier of equipment and consulting services to bakeries, is joining the Nemco Group and changing its name to Nemco Bakery & Confectionary. With the merger, Nemco Bakery & Confectionary will become a subsidiary of the Nemco Group, a leading Nordic supplier of machinery, equipment, and packaging solutions for the food industry. The merger creates a strong foundation for the further development of innovative and efficient solutions for the bakery and confectionery industry. - We look forward to building on the strong relationships we already have with bakeries in Denmark.
