Change of name

Nemco's long-time partner German VEMAG Anlagenbau is renewing its brand. In connection with the renewal, the name of the company changes, the new name is to VETEC Anlagenbau GmbH. The company's commercial register number HRB 121702 remains unchanged.

For decades, VEMAG Anlagenbau has been manufacturing innovative solutions for food heat treatment solutions that are very well known around the world.

The name change now only legally concerns the name of the company. Therefore, Nemco and VETEC Anlagenbau GmbH will continue all existing plans and contracts in their current former form.

The name change takes effect on April 1, 2023.
