On 26-27 October 2022, it's time once again for the charcuterie industry's biggest meeting place, Chark-SM The event, which normally takes place every two years, has been postponed twice due to the pandemic.

But this autumn, it's time again to select the best Swedish-made products that can be found on the country's charcuterie counters.
